Saraswati Puja ( Basanta Panchami) 2012 Celebrated in Florida, USA International Nepali Literature Society ( INLS), Florida Chapter organized Saraswati Puja ( Basanta Panchami) 2012 in Tampa and West Palm Beach on 22 Jan 12 and 28 Jan 12 respectively through the Tampa and West Palm Beach Pathshala.In Tampa, all attended students and parents worshipped the icon of wisdom and knowledge goddess Saraswati Mata and talked about the significance of this auspicious day.All students learnt many things about Saraswati Mata. Guru Ba Ram Chandra Kafle and Raj S Raut ( Ktamasha..) along with all Guru Amas Arati Kafle, Anjana Thapa, Arina Shrestha and Goma Pokharel conducted the Pathshala class during this auspicious day with the Nepali National anthem at the beginning .Detail information is attached below with this press release.Our Chapter appreciates such a event organized by Tampa Pathshala.
West Palm Beach Pathshala organized the celebration of this auspicious
day in Deher Park. More than 60 people with majority of Pathshala Students attended the program.A beautiful decorative Mandap of Saraswati Mata was set up . INLS, Senior VP and Guru Ama Mrs Sabitri Shrestha conducted the main Puja on Saraswati Potrait. Guru Ama Mrs Priti Bhandary led the Saraswati Bandana and all attendes followed her to chant the Bandana loudly. Guru Ama Mrs Sunita Shrestha collected the attendance of all students.Guru Ba Parbt Joshi encouraged all kids to speak something at least a sentence about Saraswati Mata. One of the main beauty of this event was every individual student of this
Pathshala talked and wrote something about Saraswati Mata . Immediate Past President of this chapter and Guru Ba Bimal Nepal summarized the significance of this very auspicious day and all about the Sraswati Mata.
Chapter’s President Krishna Shrestha talked briefly about the Basanta Panchami and main importance of celebrating such a occasion with our beloved pathshala kids.He also highlighted the activities of all four regional Pathshals under the banner of this Chapter and mentioned about the consistency of celebrating Basanta Panchami every year. He also claimed that Pathshala is not only helpful to teach our native language but also to maintain the consistency of our various native festivals and traditions.He thanked to all attendees and Pathshala
Sanchalan Samiti for their participation and sincere help to make this program a GRAND SUCCESS.
All of us are already aware about the leftover fund of $ 406 from the last Dashain Party of West Palm Beach and surrounding and $ 160 collected by the Students of west Palm Beach Pathshala during last Deusi Bhailo Program ( 102 aun Devkota Jayantee). Dashain Management Group and INLS, Florida Chapter, WPB Pathshala decided to share this leftover fund with all our beloved kids from all regional pathshalas.
Dashain Party main Coordinator Mr Ram Sharan Thapa distributed $ 250.00 to Pathshala coordinator Mr Parbat Joshi of WPB Pathshala and $ 92.00 to Pathshala Coordinator Mr ChoodaMani Khanal of Miami Pathshala. Chapter’s Prisident Krishna Shrestha had already handed over $ 92.00 to Pathshala coordinator Mr Hariom Pradhan of Orlando Pathshala and informed that $ 92.00 wil be sent to Tampa Pathshala shortly.
Three students including Rahul Shrestha, Deepankar Shrestha and Sahilram Bhandary who were born in the month of Janaury, celebrated their Happy Birthdays together collectively during this occasion. Pathshala Coordinator Mr Parbat Joshi and Guru Ama Shanta Gautam conducted the program very well . The coordination, hard work and dedication of Pathshala Sanchalan Samiti under the coordination of Parbat Joshi for this event was highly appreciated.
During the program, on behalf of Florida Association of Nepali Sociaties , president Bimal Nepal informed about the upcoming Children Arts Competition with the deadline of submission on February 28, 2012.At the end, group photograph was taken and a delicious pot luck snacks with birth day cake and pizzas was served.

नमस्कार मित्रहरु,
संधै झैं आज भएको पाठशालाको पाठ्यक्रम अनुसार गुरुबा, राम चन्द्र काफ्लेजीको नेत्रितोमा उहाँकै धर्म पत्नी गुरुआमा आरती काफ्लेजीले कछ्या संचालन गर्नु भयो । उहाँको परिपक्व सस्क्तता सर्ब प्रथम, उहाँले नेपाली राष्ट्रिय गानबाट सुरु गर्नु भयो र सो समयमा बिध्यार्थीहरु लाई उभिनु पर्ने अनुशासन तथा मर्यादाको पालना सम्बन्धि ज्ञान दिलाउनु भयो । उहाँले होम्वोर्क चेक गर्नुका साथै तेस्मा अभिभाबकहरुको ध्यानाकर्ष्ण सहोस भन्ने प्रश्न बाचक संग्यांको समेत रुची देखाउनु भयो । दोश्रो चरणको कार्यक्रममा श्री पंचमिको दिनलाई सम्झना राखी सरश्वोती माताको तस्बिरमा पूजा गर्नुका साथै प्रतेक बिध्यार्थीहरुबाट भगबानको प्रतिक माथि शिर मस्ताक्क्ष्य निहुरिएर घुंडा टेकेर आराधना गरियो । कछ्यामा उहाँलाई गुरुआमा, अन्जना थापा पौडेल, गुरुआमा, एरिना श्रेष्ठ, प्रधान, गुरुआमा, गोमा पोख्रेल तथा सहयोगीको रुपमा गुरुबा, राज्दैले पूर्ण रुपमा सहयोग गरि आजको कार्यक्रमले पूर्ण रुपमा सफलता हाशिल गर्यो। आज भएको कछ्यामा निम्न बिध्यर्थीहरु सामेल भएका थिए।

आगामी हुने पाठशालाको कार्यक्रम २६ तारिख फेबुररी, २०१२ आईतबार दिनको ठिक १:०० बजे जिम्मी बी कील लाइबेरिमा हुने, होम वोर्क तथा पढिसकेका पाठहरुमा जांच लिने र अभिभाबकहरुको बीच मिटिंग रहने जिज्ञासा आजको नेत्रितोबाट निश्चित गरेको जानकारी गर्दछु । तसर्थ उक्त दिनको प्रतिक्छ्यामा रहंदै आगामी दिन सम्मका लागी बिदा माग्दछु । कृपया, गुरुबा तथा गुरुआमाहरुले आफ्नो पाठ्यक्रम अनुसार पढाउने दिनलाई बिशेष रंगबाट आकर्षित गर्न हुन पनि बिशेस अनुरोध गर्दछु ।
